How can I be sure I have the latest version of SpeedTec?
Starting with version 2.1, checking for updates is easy! In the main window of the SpeedTec program, find the menu called “Product Updates.” Select the option to “Check for Updates.” This will start the SpeedTec Update utility. Press the “Check for Updates” button. SpeedTec will check the Montana Software Web site to for a later version. If a later version is available, the update utility will give you the option to automatically download and install it. If you have version 2.0, you’ll need to manually uninstall SpeedTec, then download the latest version from our downloads page. If you have a valid registration number for version 2.0, it will work with version 2.1.
