Such documents prove that your business has purchased the rights of ownership to the licences, but it is very important you agree to transfer of the Licence Agreement (LA) and Product Use Rights (PUR’s) if required by the relevant software manufacturer – this is your responsibility to sign and this does not affect the transfer of ownership. As long as you return the LA / PUR’s transfer forms, all transfer forms are sent to Microsoft and processed.
