How can I balance my free weight days with body weight exercises and get enough recovery time?

They say to leave 1 day recovery time between muscle exercise. But during each muscle workout do a different body area than the previous workout, chest one day, arms the next. You should start off with the biggest muscle area and work your way down to the smallest within a workout. so for example if your doing your chest and biceps one day, start with your chest then your biceps next. This is because the larger muscle requires more energy than the smaller more dense muscles. You should do your cardiovascular workout on the days your not doing your muscle workouts. To maximise recovery start off with muscle workouts of 2 days a week for the first 4 weeks, then 3 times a week. 3 times a week muscle workout is enough, but if you were wanting to get very muscular you could progress up to 5 days a week. I would keep up the cardio and do muscular excersises 3 times a week and this produces the best overall healthy body.
