How can I backup the data I enter in TheraQuick?
All the data you enter when using TheraQuick is contained within the TheraQuick.fp7 file itself. TheraQuick uses a single file for all the data, so the TheraQuick.fp7 file is the important one to backup. TheraQuick does not perform backups of itself, so you should use either your operating system backup capabilities (such as Time Machine on a Mac), perform manual backups by copying the file to another disk, or use a third-party backup utility.
