How can I back up my RefWorks database or export files from RefWorks to my hard drive?

In RefWorks, go to either the REFERENCES or the TOOLS menu, and click EXPORT. Select either ALL REFERENCES or a specific FOLDER. Under EXPORT FORMAT, select the format you want to create (Hint: Citation List is the best format for consulting references as you write your paper offline). Click the EXPORT TO TEXT FILE button, and be sure to save the file.
