Pay your support on time, and if you can’t, you need to work it out with your ex so that she doesn’t HAVE to take you to court. If she has to take you to court to get you to pay up, you should have to pay her attorney fees. Why should she pay for enforcing an order YOU fail to obey (for whatever reason?). The only way to avoid it is to avoid the court case in the first place.
