How can I avoid being plateaued on my lifts?
Variation is the key to avoiding plateaus. You need to vary your sets and reps each week. You also need to switch between the actual exercise and a variation of the exercise every other workout. For example, one workout day you do the bench press and the next workout day you do a towel bench (or other variation). Please consider purchasing our Total Program Package.
