There is no such thing as a “cervical cancer vaccine”. What they injected you with was a vaccine for 4 type of HPV that may (or may not) cause cervical cancer. At this point your only option for the reaction from the vaccine you are having is just to wait it out and maybe use ice and ibuprofen for pain.
