How can I automatically extract VTH from the measured gate transfer data?
The transform editor contains functions that can be applied to the measured data. These functions can be nested to form algorithms to be applied to extract single value parameters. To extract the VTH using the MAX GM method, the user computes the derivative of ID with respect to VG by using the DELTA function. The MAX function computes the maximum GM and a tangent fit is applied at the value on the ID vs. VG curve corresponding to the MAX(GM) position. The Y intercept of the fit is the computed VTH value.
