A. Officers can attend the Simulation Operations Course at anytime, but the unit has to pay if the officer goes other than during a PCS enroute move. Only FA 57-designated officers will be sent to the course. Exceptions can by made by units filling FA 57 billets with other-than FA 57 officers.
