From the Start Menu select Run and then enter a name of the following format: \\PRINTER_NAMEq.cs.nott.ac.uk\PRINTER_NAME for the relevant printer name, e.g. \\zainq.cs.nott.ac.uk\zain The drivers will be automatically made available, if required, and the printer will be available form the normal printer dialogue boxes.
