How can I assurethat my students are receiving good quality service?
All ULC tutors must have expertise in their subject-area, pass all sections of the CLAST exam, and be recommended by a faculty member to work at the Center. Additionally, tutors engage in continuous training in pedagogy, subject-area skills, and Center procedures and policies. In fact, many of our tutors are graduate students and adjuncts with years of teaching experience.
