How can I associate a publication to an author who is not employed by UCL – and therefore has not got a UCL user ID?

An administrator can add a non UCL person without a UCL user ID. They have to have an email address. OnCite will generate a ‘dummy’ id for technical purposes. However those people will not have personal pages nor will they be able to enter their own publications.
