How can I assign the Training Provider role to a Staff member?
• You can assign Training Provider role by following the steps listed below: Go to your Super User role home page. Under Manage Users tab, click Assign Training Provider Role. A search window will be displayed where you can enter the search criteria for the Staff member you want to assign the role to. Enter the information and click Search. Your search results will be displayed. Click ‘Assign Role’ against the name of the person to whom you want to assign role and the role will be assigned to the user.
