How can I assign a File to a particular User for semiconductor Functional Test Data Analysis in Yield Power SQL ( semiconductor Defect Management Software )?
Click on the menu option “Assign File to User” in the “Security” Manu. Assign File to User form will be opened. All the uploaded files ( STDF V3.0, STDF V4.0 ) are available in the Select Data File drop down list. Select a File from the drop down list which you want to use for Statistical processes, all the Unassigned Users for the selected File will be displayed in the Unassigned Users window and all the Assigned Users for the selected File will be displayed in the Assigned Users window. Assign/Un-assign the selected File ( uploaded STDF file ) to the available users.
