How can I assess my pupils’ progress using Primary Maths in Action?
Assessment is built into the scheme so that progress can be monitored as pupils progress through the blocks of work. A Check-up for each unit is included in the Resource Book and is related to the content of that unit. There is an additional longer assessment at the end of every block of work to assess pupils’ understanding of a range of mathematical concepts before moving to the next block of work.
