How can I ask the bride to be more understanding about body types when selecting bridesmaids gowns?
I think you need to tell her just what you told us, that since she has moved up the date that you’ve not gotten the chance to lose the weight you wanting to and that you would not be comfortable wearing anything that is strapless or sleeveless, maybe she would consent and let all the bride’s maids wear shawls or something like that, if she won’t hear your point of view tell her you’re not sure if you can be in the wedding then, that you would be very uncomfortable the whole day in the dress she picked out, if she is truly your friend then she should listen and understand, if it were me in the bride seat I know I would.
