Children, from indigent families, ages 0 – 12 years may visit Bantay Bata Medical Office from Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:00a.m. to 12:00noon.Parents should bring the following:- Medical Abstract or Medical Certificate (makukuha sa doktor)- Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Social Case Abstract (makukuha sa kahit saang sangay ng DSWD) or Medical Social Service Referral (Makukuha sa Social Service Unit ng Ospital)- Barangay Certificate (patunay na ang pasyente ay residente ng nasasakupang barangay)- Patient’s picture (hindi na kailangang dalhin ang pasyente kung may bagong larawan).
