Bowling Headquarters has requested that we refer bowlers inquiring about rules to their local governing bowling associations for an official ruling on or explanation of any of USBC rules. Your bowling center, league secretary, or tournament director should be able to provide you with the contact information for your local governing bowling association if you are unable to locate them in the white or yellow pages.
