How can I arrange a poster for the March 19, Poster Session and Reception?
Tabling is available for non-profit and grassroots community organizations with staff or members attending the conference. Free tabling space will be available from the morning of March 17 to the afternoon of March 20 outside in a covered courtyard. Organizations will need to provide their own table and displays, in accordance with specifications to ensure that as many groups as possible can have displays. Space is limited and can be reserved by contacting Joelle Geppert at (707) 986-9517 who can provide the necessary specifics on space availability.
