Fill out an application in Human Resource Department. You must have a birth certificate, valid driver’s license, Privacy Act Release and polygraph questionnaire. The military discharge form, DD-214, is required if you were in the military, to apply for Police Officer and Airport Safety Officer. Firefighter needs all of the previous mentioned documents also with the exception of the polygraph questionnaire.
