Dutchess County residents who have experienced property or income damage due to the recent flooding can apply for assistance in the following ways: • Call 1-800-621-FEMA (3362) between 8am and 8pm. • (TTY) 1-800-462-7585 between 8am and 8pm. • Register anytime online at http://www.fema.gov/. Click on “Apply for Assistance” in the upper right hand corner. The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the State Emergency Management Office (SEMO) will open local Disaster Recovery Centers to assist residents with the disaster aid application process.
