How can I apply for assistance from the Organ Transplant fund?
Ask your social worker at the hospital where your transplant was performed or call the Fund at 617-727-8825 for an application. You will need to provide a copy of your latest Massachusetts Income Tax Return, a letter from the transplant center and proof that your expenses are not covered by either public or private insurance or private philanthropy.
