How can I apply for an internship in the NTSB Office of General Counsel?
The NTSB Office of General Counsel accepts applications from law students interested in an unpaid internship in the Office on a continuous basis. Interns in the Office of General Counsel may have the opportunity to assist with litigation, rulemaking, resolution of administrative law questions and issues, and other items related to the mission of the Office. Candidates should send a cover letter, résumé, writing sample, and unofficial copy of their law school transcript to: National Transportation Safety Board, Office of General Counsel, 490 L’Enfant Plaza, SW, Washington, D.C. 20594. A candidate’s cover letter should explain the time frame during which the candidate will be available (i.e., fall or spring semester, or summer). The Office of General Counsel interviews candidates who the Office determines could assist the Office.
