How can I apply for a review of my valuation under the farming provisions of the Valuation of Land Act 1944?
You may apply to have your valuation reviewed under the primary production provisions of the Valuation of land Act 1944 if your property is exclusively used for ‘farming’ purposes (as defined in the Act), and has achieved a nominated minimum return. Application forms are available from your local DERM business centre.
