Please visit our site regarding One Day Marriage Designations. The website contains the application form and a list of procedures for receiving an authorization to solemnize a marriage. Applications, along with a letter of recommendation and a $25 processing fee, make checks payable to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, should be sent to the Appointments Office.
