If you disagree with a decision about an application to undertake a tree damaging activity you can discuss it with Environment ACT on 6207 5878 . An appeal may be lodged with the Administrative Appeals Tribunal to have the decision reviewed – but only if you are the applicant, lessee or an adjoining lessee. (TP(IS) Act, s.47(2)). To lodge an appeal with the AAT you will need to download and complete the relevant Application Form and pay a filing fee of $153 (subject to change).
