How can I answer calls with my Call Controller (SoftPhone)?
After your download the Call Controller™ with SoftPhone, you can adjust your Answering Rules to have your SoftPhone also accept incoming calls. When you have an incoming call, the phone number and caller ID will appear on the SoftPhone, allowing you to answer the call, ignore the call and send to voicemail, forward the call to another number or reply with a text to voice message. You can also send the caller to voicemail and screen the message. In order to answer or make calls from the SoftPhone, you must have a USB headset connected to your computer. Also, you can forward an answer calls using your Call Controller even if it’s not connected to a line.
