It’s very sad, but those countries will not allow Americans to adopt children. I wish it were possible, as I know there are many children in those countries who have been orphaned by war and violence. There are many other countries who do have adoption programs with the U.S. If you have a heart for adoption, please pursue it! I am an adoptive mom and it has been such a blessing.
