How can I adjust the pan rate in Virtual Cockpit mode?

0

To adjust the pan rate you will need to modify your fs9.cfg file. You will find the fs9.cfg file in the FS9 Application Data directory. This will usually be C:->Documents and Settings-><>->Application Data->Microsoft->FS9. Replacing <> with the user name of your Windows Profile. Open the fs9.cfg file in a text editor such as Notepad and use the Find feature to locate the pan_rate variable. The value of this variable will be 400 by default. Try increasing it to 600 to start with. It is also possible to enable panning in the 2D cockpit. This can be achienve by adding pan_in_cockpit_mode=1 after the pan rate line.
