How can I address the Every Child Matters agenda as part of good classroom practise?
Answer. Being safe (ref ECM) does not just refer to physical safety, psychological safety, anxiety, stress etc is just as much a problem to children and adults. Emotional health is as important as physical health. Enjoyment and playing an active part in education and child care is important for all of us who work with children. RHCS is dedicated to meeting the above needs in all our seminars and workshops. Meeting psychological needs in the classroom leads directly to higher achievement.
