How can I add my Restriction Enzyme to the sublist?
A. If you have a restriction enzyme that is not in the database you will have to first enter the enzyme into database. Then you may add the enzyme to a sublist. To add an enzyme to a sublist, select Edit RE SubList option from Tools menu. Select the RE sublist and click Edit button. Select your enzyme from “REnzymes Available” and double click on it to add it to “REnzymes Selected” in the resulting window.
