How can I add a User Group in Yield power.com ( Defect Yield Trending Analysis Software )?
Click on the menu option “Group Profile” in the “Security” Manu. There are two sub menu options “Add Group” and “List Groups”. Click on the “Add Group” sub menu option. Add Group form will be opened. Enter User Group name and then assign privileges of the File ( uploaded STDF V3.0, STDF V4.0 file ) and TDR to the particular User Group. The privileges ( like add, delete, modify, export etc. ) are displayed in the window in shape of tree, with checkbox on left side of each privilege. Check the check box to assign the particular privileges to the User Group.
