How can I acquire a working service candidate from NorthWest K9?
NorthWest K9 maintains a standard protocol for working candidate acquisitions. In brief, acquisitions include the following steps: • Submission of the NorthWest K9 Search Request. • NorthWest K9 will contact you via email if your K9 Search Request meets our placement criteria. • A telephone consultation is scheduled so that you have an opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the candidate or our program, and we can discuss your potential team match in detail. • If we mutually determine there is a potential team match, we’ll complete a Purchase Agreement and schedule your visit at NorthWest K9 for your candidate evaluation. • Following your evaluation, you’ll complete your purchase and take possession of your dog. These policies and procedures are described in further detail below and in our standard Purchase Agreement.
