The LM2585-12 flyback regulator should be able to satisfy your power requirement. There is an application note available, AN-1095, which provides design guidelines about building an isolated power supply using the LM2587 (the same family as the LM2585). Feedback voltage for controlling the duty cycle of the regulator to maintain its output constant is through an opto-isolator. The appnote makes mention of the Switchers Made Simple software which is used to design the circuit (less the feedback loop). This software is also part of WEBENCH, National”s on-line design tool set. Either tool can be used to design your flyback circuit.
