The canAnalyser/32 (till Version 1.82) only uses one CAN controller and selects the CAN controller on the CAN interface automatically according to the configuration of the CAN interface according to the following rules: Usually the CAN interface is configured with one or two SJA1000 CAN controllers. In that case always the first CAN controller is used. Older CAN interfaces are configured with one 82C200 and one 82527. On these CAN interfaces the 82C200 is used when standard protocol and no error frame detection is selected. The 82527 is used when extended protocol or error frame detection is selected. Regarding the tinCAN V2, there are older tinCAN V2 which have one 82C200 and one 82527 and newer tinCAN V2 which have one SJA1000 and one 82527. So on the newer ones always the first CAN controller (CAN port 1) is used by the canAnalyser/32.
