A member firm can connect to the Customer Network web pages through the Internet or through the Customer network. If a member firm uses the Internet to access the web pages, then no changes need to be made. If they want to access the web pages through the Customer Network, then the member firm will have to add static routes on one or more routers on their network. The static route will direct traffic destined for BOTCC’s network to the interface of the router that BOTCC has deployed at each member firm’s site. Member firms should not add DNS entries for any of BOTCC’s resources as these addresses may change without warning. To resolve fully qualified domain names (FQDN) for the web pages listed below, member firms can add entries on their name servers or rely on BOTCC’s name servers. A member firm does not have to make any changes in order for BOTCC’s public name server to resolve names through the Internet.
