Visit the iTunes App Store to download and install your free MyChart App. Once downloaded, select University of Utah Health Care as your provider and then enter your personal MyChart username and password. You must already have an active MyChart account in order to use the iPhone app. Please note: MyChart is not yet available for other mobile devices like the Android.
