You can access your voicemail from any phone with most service providers. With AT&T, call your phone from a different number, and when the voicemail picks up, press star (*). It will ask you to enter your password. Its the same password that you would use if you were accessing voicemail from your own phone, if you have that security feature set. If you do not know your password, call AT&T and I’m sure they would be able to reset your password and give you a temporary one to use to access your voicemail. Once in your voicemail. Access the “Personal Settings” by pressing 4 at the main menu, then go to “Administrative Options” by pressing 2, then select “Password” by pressing 1, and finally set a new password by pressing 1 again.
