How can I access GREYED OUT attachments in Outlook Express?
To do this, perform the following: • Open the Outlook Express program. • In the Outlook Express window, click on TOOLS. • Then click OPTIONS. • Then click SECURITY. • In the Virus Protection section UNTICK Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus . ( N.B. It highly recommended that you reset this setting IMMEDIATELY after saving the attachment ) • Now click on the APPLY button. • Finally click the OK button. • Close and re-open Outlook Express. This will now make the attachments available to for you to save and use.
