You’ll need to sign up with these payment providers first to accept payments through them. To sign up with ProPay, go to www.ProPay.com. When you sign up with ProPay, you’ll be sent through eBay’s authorization process for third-party service providers. You’ll be asked to give permission to ProPay so they can process your payments. After your account has been set up, you’ll need to add ProPay as a payment method to your listing in Sell Your Item (SYI) or another listing tool. Fees and services may vary, so visit www.ProPay.com for more information about this alternative payment option. Beginning in February, 2009, you will also be able to offer Paymate or Moneybookers. To sign up with Paymate, go to www.paymate.com/eBay. To sign up with Moneybookers, go to http://www.moneybookers.com/partners/us/ebay.
