We use three complementary methods to achieve a consistent presence in businesses who have selected the Managed HR Service Level. • The first and most obvious method is using technology to provide a continuous communication link. • The second method is using site visits to achieve specific goals; such as implementation, audits, meetings and training sessions. • The third method we use is to train one of your administration employees to be the HR coordinator at your work site for a percentage of their time. This role would always have the back up of our HR specialists.
