. How can his wound be healed?
A. Delayed wound healing could be due to many causes like local infection, underlying dead tissue, specific infections, poor blood supply, anaemia or vitamin deficiency, low albumin level, oral drugs – cortisone, immune compromised status and repeated trauma. I normally recommend hydrogen peroxide irrigation, application of Deca-durabolin cream and to keep the area elevated.
