How can Good Counsel benefit from donor support when implementing programs and assistance for mothers and babies in need?
A Good Counsel mother may live in a home through her pregnancy and up to a year or more following the birth of her baby. These mothers share the household responsibilities of cooking, cleaning and other chores. Few other pro-life agencies have the resources to provide this environment, and virtually no other agency has an outreach program for pregnant women who are mentally ill and who may also suffer from other afflictions such as drug or alcohol dependency.
