How can global warming cause floods, storms, and droughts?

There is no reasonable predictions of drought and floods. These are just scare mongering tactics used by the uninformed or those attempting to scare people. Adding CO2 to the atmosphere will have numerous effects including bumping up the temperature. Human addition of CO2 has caused the concentration of CO2 to rise somewhere between 0 and 100 ppmV (parts per million by volume). Since CO2 naturally increases in warming times it is impossible to know how much humans have increased it. Most of the CO2 we emitted apparently got absorbed into the ocean. Mechanisms for determining exact concentrations are poorly understood. In any event that CO2 is not likely to have caused the general warming we have experienced for the last 300 years. At most the CO2 should bump up the temperature mostly on the coldest night and winter temperatures. Those who suggest it causes flooding and drought are exaggerating their level of knowledge on the subject. They try to suggest that anything bad is the fault o
