How can fix a connection problem with the Credit Bureaus?
Note: As Dial up connections became obsolete all credit bureaus have switched to internet based reports, To switch just send an email to reports@leasemaster.com requesting the information and application. A Equifax, Trans Union and TRW Experian, are all undergoing improvements to their communications equipment, because of this it is possible your connection my be interrupted or erratic… This is in some cases caused by them no longer requiring you to supress Error Correction as was the case in the past, this setting is in the Modem Setup section of the Defaults part of the Credit report module. Follow the next steps to correct the problem: 1- Find our the Brand name and model of your Modem (Control panel, Modems) 2- Click Customer Information, Report, Click Defaults and the apropiate Bureau (TRW, TU, CBI) 3- Write down the Modem Setup String (AT&F……) 4- Contact your Credit Bureau, mention the Error you are getting and ask for an updated initialization string for your Brand and Mod
