How can faculty of family medicine residency programs satisfy MC-FP Part IV and still participate as a group?
Faculty members earn 20 Prescribed CME credits and satisfy MC-FP Part IV when completing the full number of patient chart reviews and completing the entire module within the appropriate stage of the Maintenance of Certification process. The AAFP automatically updates the physician’s CME record and notifies the ABFM once Step 10.2 is submitted.
