How can existing customers retroactively purchase or renew their upgrade & support package?
• As a customer who has purchased vRD through visionapp you have to buy the Upgrade & Support package from visionapp as well (either directly or through a reseller). You cannot purchase the package through the asknet shop as your license is not registered there and therefore cannot be properly calculated (the reason is that the price for the Upgrade & Support package is calculated retroactively from the original date of purchase and that the package must exactly match the number of licensed users). • For customers who purchased vRD 2008 in the asknet shop before 30 June 2008, you can also buy the Upgrade & Support package in the shop, support will be automatically set to begin on January 1st 2009 (as with the special offer). • If you are a customer who purchased vRD 2008 software in the asknet shop without an upgrade & support package, you can also buy the latter in the shop.
