How can Eczema flare ups be prevented?
In general, patients with eczema should observe what individually triggers their eczema and then try to avoid also any of the above mentioned possible eczema triggers or situations that might cause a new flare up. In addition it is recommended to moisturize the skin frequently with the appropriate soap and wear breathable clothing, such as clothes made with cotton.
