How can ‘Early Days’ help Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families?
Early Days workshops are conducted in small groups and are led by experienced facilitators. They provide evidence-based information about ASDs and practical strategies to help parents support their child’s development at home. They also provide details about local early intervention services for children with ASD and community support for families of children with ASD. The Early Days workshops also give fathers and mothers, and other family carers, a chance to get together with other families to share ideas and experiences.
